What do you think on the inventions of sphygmamanometer and MRI?

Do they really helped for the upgrade of Human Health? Or is it a disaster inventing Sphygmtr as the number of High BP patients increased and died due to HTN and many were misdiagnosed as having back pain due to compression of Lumbar nerves after inventing MRI? Or is it the misuse of technical advancements by the Doctors?

How would milky beige skin look?

If you're calling a darker shade milky I just imagine it to be smooth, for it to have a perfect complexion, and for it to have a certain glow to it. Beige isn't too dark though... so white people can have it or lighter shades of people from other ethnicity. People from the Middle East comes to mind.

Reboring my car engine?

i have plans on reboring my car engine (oversized), but afraid that it might cause detonation in my engine due to high compression. how can i make it a low compression engine? i have no source finding a compression tester, that's why i keep doubting whether or not to rebore my engine. what other key factors that i should consider before reboring my engine? thanks!
